be your WORKOUT PARTNER providing technique, motivational tips, and
most importantly MILEAGE CUES so you'll know exactly how far you've
walked--a warm up and cool down are also included--it's so much fun!!
Take a look at the POWERGLOVE most convenient means of monitoring your
HEART RATE and counting CALORIES--I wear mine when I Pacewalk-- I get
instant feedback and don't have to "break my stride." Index 1-Warm-Up Examples: For a short but intense workout, do Index #1 and then Index #s 10-13 of the audio CD (approximately 16 minutes). To lengthen your workout, simply repeat the mile(s) of your choosing. The rule you must always follow is to warm-up and cool-down, Indexes #1 and #13 of the audio CD, whenever you do PACEWALK. |
